Text overflows edge of Extensions search box #140367

Issue Type: Bug
- Open the Extensions tab
- Type enough text in the search box to cause scrolling
- Scroll back to the beginning of the search box
Actual: The typed text overflows the right edge of the search box
Expected: the typed text doesn't overflow the edge of the search box
VS Code version: Code 1.63.2 (899d46d, 2021-12-15T09:38:17.605Z)
