Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

  • VS Code Version: 1.62.0-insiders
  • OS Version: Windows

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Hover over a command link in the settings UI, such as for search.exclude

Bug: The link has # in front of the text, which seems unideal.

Issue #134592 is related, but with the settings.json editor.
