This patch updates the port to enable the library to be built and used in Linux. Only the x64 platform has been tested.

This patch updates the port to enable the library to be built and used in Linux. Only the x64 platform has been tested.
SHA512s are updated for each updated download.Any fixed CI baseline entries are removed from that file.Any patches that are no longer applied are deleted from the port's directory.The version database is fixed by rerunning./vcpkg x-add-version --alland committing the result.
