On the part of the world I'm from, northern Mexico, we call them "librerias" even though it's incorrect (I feel it's easier than saying "biblioteca"). I always wondered how other Spanish speaking countries called them. |

Update the Spanish readme with the latest changes of English readme PR (#21127)

It keeps in sync the Spanish readme with the mainstream readme, also corrects some false friends for library translation
