I've looked at https://github.com/boostorg/fiber/blob/develop/build/Jamfile.v2 . Seems like we need some minor changes in https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/blob/master/ports/boost-fiber/portfile.cmake to pass the numa flag, but I don't know how to do it.
