Describe the bug

When hotreload session passes after failing test it sholud become green. Instead it keeps counting tests from previous sessions, and remains red, without any error reported.

See the total count and failed.

That failed is a test that failed and I fixed it, and saved the file to trigger the run.

3.9.3 works, 3.10.0 does not work.
