Steps to reproduce
Open the quake mode terminal on a monitor not containing the tray. Minimize the quake mode terminal (Alt+Space, n ... it goes to the tray). Restore the quake mode terminal.
Expected Behavior
It restores to the monitor from which it came.
Actual Behavior
It restores to the monitor containing the tray.
