This adds a solution filter for MEVD only, including the connectors and test projects (unit and integration). This allows loading only MEVD-related projects, which makes working fast/easier.
Note that the IntegrationTests project is not included, since it also references lots of other, non-MEVD projects (that would defeat the purpose). Our plan is to move the MEVD tests from this project to the new ones, so this will go away on its own.
