A few changes needed for GCM Core install instructions, and clarifications on supported architectures etc.
* git-vfs is the package name. * gcm core needs a "configure" step. * point out architecture limitations. Signed-off-by: Derrick Stolee <dstolee@microsoft.com>

Our latest release includes our very first version available for Linux!
This PR adds documentation to the
Readme.mdat the repo root and thedocs/index.mdfile for assistance downloading and installing Git and Scalar from the.debpackages. These documents will expand as we expand the installation options, includingapt-getpackaging.
