scalar register fails if there is no 'origin' origin

Hi there. I'm not able to register scalar for the git repo if the origin is renamed, say, to `github`.

```
c:\src\project>scalar version
scalar 20.03.167.1

c:\src\project>scalar register
Error: 'c:\src\project' is not a valid Scalar enlistment. Could not get origin url. remote 'origin' is not configured for this repo.'
```
