Run the maintenance tasks in
Scalar.Serviceitself rather than launching ascalar maintenanceverb process. -
Require that
scalar maintenancebe run with elevation. -
Start checking
EnlistmentRootReadyagain (see details in [Mount Removal] The maintenance tasks need a replacement for 'EnlistmentRootReady' #186)
Note: This work increases the priority of #207
