🚀 Feature Request

Hide cmd window that spawns and hides when starting Playwright.

It is annoying and is easily fixed with this PR: #38776

Has no impact on the usage as right now the cmd window spawns and dissapears, is not a cmd window that should be kept open for the user to interact, so keeping it hidden all the time is not a problem at all.

When opening playwright on Windows, a cmd windows appears and then hides, messing with other tasks I'm doing.
