Reason
To simplify library naming and differentiate it from Intel MKL, starting with version 1.1 MKL-DNN library name is changed to Deep Neural Network Library (DNNL).

@sreekanth-yalachigere build.py still has conflict. Do we know if CI can't pass due to OOM
even with running separate opset directories?

@jywu-msft cannot resolve these two conflicts as there are many changes... Will merge latest again.
