Currently, when joining a live share session from a browser, the terminal isn't available. It shows the same message as non-live-share session (Terminals are not available in web editor...).

This would make the experience of browser participants more complete, and would also allow people without Github Codespaces to verify a terminal-related bug that manifests in non-Chromium-based browsers.
