Bug Description

Actual Behavior

The disabled story example only includes the default appearance, so a representation of the disabled state for each appearance is missing. Because of transition CSS, there needs to be a way to toggle disabled state to see the change.

Expected Behavior

Each appearance is an example for disabled
There is a toggle for disabled in the disabled examples
