Actual Behavior

SVG icons do not render correctly in shadow DOM

Expected Behavior

SVG icons render correctly in shadow DOM

This appears to be because SVG icons styles are loaded via SCSS.

One potential fix for this is to update the react-icons-mdl2 library to use mergeStyles instead.
