Bug Description

Actual Behavior

Set the keColor to be #FF0000.
Observe that the palette with keyColor #FF0000 (hue =0) has a brand[10] hue value = 17.

Expected Behavior

Palette with keyColor #FF0000 has a brand[10] hue value of 0.
