Handle PgDn and PgUp correctly for virtualized and unvirtualized #26460
Description
The keys should use default behaviour in Table/DataGrid. However when virtualized those keys should scroll the virtualized container.
This should be done by preventing the default behaviour of PgDn PgUp in tabster
