After the decision was made, there are still some questions left to address. This issue tracks the cleanup of the Recipes RFC and the addition of what is expected of a recipe and such.

• Update chosen solution and discarded solutions.
• Add information about what is expected of a Recipe and when a recipe should be discarded.
• What happens when a recipe is used often?
• What type of recipes could be available?
• What is the structure of a recipe?
• How to build a recipe? (This one might be added to the package itself instead).

Note: some of these questions will be added to the @fluentui/react-recipes package, so the RFC will have a quick overview of the answer.
