Stress Test: Test different Griffel CSS options #24310
Description
Griffel has three options handling CSS:
- Runtime
- Build-time optimization
- CSS extraction (currently experimental)
Stress Test currently only uses CSS extraction. Look into how to support the other two cases so we can get a clearer picture of Griffel performance with Fluent components.
