🛠️ Description

Add Power BI support for raw exports
Fixes [Power BI] Add support for raw exports #837
Fix PricingCategory bug where it is "Standard" when it should be "Committed"
Fixes Committment discounts show blank #867
Backfill missing costs/prices
Fixes [Power BI] Calculate partial savings when ListCost/ContractedCost is not available #835
