🐛 Problem

When Billing Account ID is empty, the Cost summary report fails to load. with the following error: "We cannot convert the value null to type Logical."

👣 Repro steps

1. Clear the Billing Account ID parameter.
2. Close and apply.

🤔 Expected

Should load the data from hubs without the connector.
