🐛 Problem

The Azure Optimization Engine documentation mentions that the AOE includes a Power BI report along with other workbooks. I want to use this Power BI report and connect to the data source as explained in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cloud-computing/finops/toolkit/optimization-engine/reports. When I try to access the Power BI Report hyperlink, it returns me to the same page. Also, I am not able to find the Power BI Report template that needs to be used for this. (I assume, there is a Power BI Template available similar to the other FinOps Power BI Templates)

👣 Repro steps

1. Go to: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cloud-computing/finops/toolkit/optimization-engine/reports
2. In the Power BI Recommendations Report section, click on on the Hyperlink [Power BI report]
3. This takes you to the same page
4. I assume, there is a Power BI Template available similar to the other FinOps Power BI Templates

🤔 Expected

TODO: I expect the Hyperlink to take me to a Power BI report Template that I need to use for AOE, which I can download and connect to the SQl Database Datasource as explained the documentation
