🐛 Problem

Deployed FinOps Hub v0.6 and when publishing the Cost Summary Power BI report to Power BI Online, I cannot schedule the data refresh. It says "You can't schedule refresh for this semantic model because the following data sources currently don't support refresh:
Data source for Query1."

👣 Repro steps

1. Deploy FinOps Hub v0.6
2. Download Cost Summary Power BI report v0.6
3. Connect data and publish to Power BI Online.
4. Go to the Semantic Model and Schedule Refresh

🤔 Expected

Data source to be available to update credentials and then schedule refresh on recurring schedule.
