Steps to reproduce the bug
The UI when opening a configuation file, hits the internet and takes awhile to figure out the details of the summary view.
We need to tell the user we are doing something. It looks like we are frozen.
Expected result
expected to get summary view
Actual result
I was not sure if DevHome was hung.
