The mariner toolkit creates this service in the 'toolkit/imageconfigs/additionalconfigs/configure-image.sh' file. However, this is unnecessary as the service will be created, if needed, by the systemd-getty-generator. Additionally, this hardcodes the serial port as 'S0' but the actual serial port may be on a different serial port, and on ARM systems serial ports are named 'AMA' so there will never be a 'S0' serial port on an ARM system.
