Pushes from GitHub Actions do not trigger other workflow runs; this is to prevent infinite loops where a workflow can trigger itself.
But, for this job, we want it to trigger workflows so we can see test failures related to dependency updates. Push via typescript-bot's token instead, similar to the wiki sync workflow, which should let these pushes trigger builds.
