Remove periods for end of list element that ends with a `code block` Fix numbering. Flow 'to a location where you'd like' and add "STL" after that.

Other maintainers are highly encouraged to attempt the build instructions just in case I missed something but I did dry run both sets of instructions.
Thanks @barcharcraz for the idea of using this plantuml tool for the diagram.
