Steps to reproduce

The Shift + + and Shift + = keys are not working.
But, Disabling the Always on Top feature itself will allow you to use it again.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I want to be able to enable this only for users who want to use the shortcut key to change transparency.
Add a button to turn transparency shortcut key ON/OFF.

❌ Actual Behavior

The Shift + + and Shift + = keys are not working.
But, Disabling the Always on Top feature itself will allow you to use it again.
