List of stuff to fix after dock merges (WIP)

• Dock should have more than one size (referring to the size of icons and text
• Vertical dock should support smooth resizing. Horizontal should allow for resizing to support multiple rows.
• Dock doesn't dodge other APPBARs super well
• Dock should support flyouts that aren't just "move the literal cmdpal window"

Files in the dock

• We should allow you to pin files / directories directly to the dock
  • Take a look at dev/migrie/fhl-spring26/pin-files
• Drag/drop files & URLs onto the dock to pin them
• Drag/drop items off the dock to paste them
