Add an option to make cursor wrap only active on multiple monitors

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

I like the cursor wrap feature but I don't want it to be active when I'm using a single monitor. But I want it to activate automatically when I turn on a 2nd or a 3rd monitor. Can it be done?

### Scenario when this would be used?

It can be used when switching between single and multiple monitors.
