Steps to reproduce

When bringing my laptop out of sleep with an external monitor attached, sometimes CursorWrap only wraps the cursor around the edges of one screen. Disconnecting and reconnecting the monitor resolves the issue.

Sometimes CursorWrap only wraps the cursor around the edges of one screen in a multi-monitor configuration.
