Description of the new feature / enhancement

Thanks for the feature, and excellent addition to the powertoys environment! I would like to propose a button to enable or disable the cursor to go wrap around vertical screen.
Another idea is adding a buffer zone where you need to scroll more vertically to wrap the screen to avoid instant wraparounds.

Scenario when this would be used?

I find this important because most monitors are 16:9 ratios and having either mouse acceleration or not, might be bothersome for example in web browsing with tabs on top and end up clicking taskbar items.
