PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): Fancy Zones

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Screenpresso (not sure if other apps have the same issue)

2. Have 2 screens (in my case, surface pro 7 + external monitor)

3. FancyZone settings:

   • [checked] Override Windows Snap hotkeys
   • [checked] Move windows between zones across all monitors

4. Move windows across monitors using Win+Left
   

5. Press Print Screen

6. Try to screenshot the fancyzone docked window region. At this point, screenpresso will highlight half of the window only. Note that this issue only happens with Fancy Zones (no such error when PowerToys is not running). This behavior is intermittent

Expected behavior

The window is properly highlighted in a red border, for screen capture.

Actual behavior

Window region is not properly recognized (see above)
