Steps to reproduce

Have awake on for an extended period of time. I believe the chosen settings stick between reboots so this can lead to indefinite lack of scheduled idle behaviour.

✔️ Expected Behavior

If the awake threads could somehow allow scheduled idle behaviours to kick in if nothing else is happening.

❌ Actual Behavior

Not so much a bug as an apparent consequence, it appears when I have awake enabled, which I do often, the system scheduled TRIM of my SSDs never happens as the machine is never idle. Guess this will affect other idle behaviour too.
