Steps to reproduce
when clicking the powertoys tray icon once, it takes a ~0.5s delay to open the powertoys tray drawer.
when double-clicking the powertoys window opens immediately though.
✔️ Expected Behavior
the powertoys tray drawer should open immediately.
❌ Actual Behavior
it takes ca. 0.5s to open the tray drawer.

powertoys version 0.96.0 (but the problem occured since the beginning of time)
happens on both of my machines:
- ryzen 5600X, 32gb ddr4-3200, wd black sn850 m.2 pcie 4.0 as system ssd, radeon rx590
- ryzen 6600hs, 16 GB LPDDR5-6400, m.2 pcie 4.0 as system ssd, apu graphics
