Command Palette

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Command Palette using your shortcut
2. Select "All Apps"
3. Use keyboard keys to "hover over" and view information about a Win32 program (7-Zip, built-in Run program, etc.)

✔️ Expected Behavior

Every other icon is large and normal sized, so this should match up with the Win32 icons.

❌ Actual Behavior

The Win32 applications like Run, are extremely small (taking a guess, but it's likely taking the 32x32 icons instead of the HD ones made.

Additional Information

OS: Windows 10 (with ESU, being on Windows 10 likely a side-effect, who knows?)
