Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be coll if Always on top could change the transparency of the window it controls. Like an onion skin feature used when drawing in animations

Scenario when this would be used?

It would be helpfull when you don't want to lose screen space, but need to keep some notes visible, like games, when you need to memorize shortcuts
