Description of the new feature / enhancement

An option to aggregate results from all active extensions and order results by relevance (similar to PowerToys Run). Currently, using an extension other than default requires an extra step.

Scenario when this would be used?

In my case, Installed apps is the extension that shows up first in Command Palette, and is the default option used if I just start typing. If I want to perform file search using Everything, it first needs to be selected from the list, or otherwise activated using a hotkey or shortcut
