Description of the new feature / enhancement

As it says in the title, I really like the command palette and It would be really cool if there was an option that enables us to replace the default windows search. This means that simply pressing Windows would open the command palette.

Scenario when this would be used?

This feature could come in very useful, since the default Windows search is not the best.
