Description of the new feature / enhancement

The Command Palette doesn't let You turn on It's dark mode, until you turn on Dark mode on Windows.
What if The Command Palette settings had an option to always Turn Light/Dark Mode on, and another Option to make it sync with system theme.

Scenario when this would be used?

This could be useful for someone how doesn't like light mode [ It hurts my eyes so Badly :( ], And/Or just likes dark mode Aesthetics.
