Bumped several package dependencies to newer versions across multiple .csproj files, including Microsoft.CST.ApplicationInspector, Microsoft.Extensions.Logging, Serilog, MSTest, and Microsoft.CodeAnalysis. This ensures compatibility with the latest features and bug fixes from these libraries.
