- Instead of depending on several NuGet feeds, streamlining it to one public feed per guidance with the others set as upstream feeds.
- Updating VCRT-Forwarders version to reflect errors encountered when building locally
- Also adding RID workaround for building ObjectLifetimeTests with .NET 8
