Page not found after Azure Account Sign in #2247

Just installed 4.12.0
Describe the bug
Page not found on embedded window after Sign in to Azure, via the emulator under "My Bots"
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Update to 4.12.0
- Load Emulator
- Click "Sign in with your Azure Account"
- Authenticate with Azure (I'm using 2-FA with the Microsoft Auth App)
- After successful login, embedded window page changed to "Page not found."
Expected behavior
