Bump versions of Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Abstractions, Microsoft.CST.OAT, Microsoft.CST.RecursiveExtractor, System.Reflection.Metadata, Microsoft.Extensions.Logging, and xunit.runner.visualstudio across project files to address bug fixes and improvements in dependencies.
