#13775 has implemented support for IDF v5.0.5 and v5.2.

In addition to adding support for v5.0.5, this PR also changes the CI to use v5.0.5. Before we do that we would need to check the firmware size change, and free heap memory change. If those numbers look good then we can officially move to IDF v5.0.5 in the daily firmware builds.
