phpstan-drupal should not conflict with phpstan/phpstan versions #152
Description
Problem in composer.json:
"conflict": {
"phpstan/phpstan": "^0.12.43"
},
Why is that necessary? It blocks me from upgrading PHPStan to any higher version.
