Steps to Reproduce

1. build leg_2jnt_02
2. set Knee Auto Thickness 0.1
3. move IK ctl up
4. thickness ctl jumps

_### Expected Behavior
thickness ctl doesn't jump

Actual Behavior

when up leg gets close to horizontal, thickness ctrl jupms
