Expected Behavior

All known nodes should be listed. There should be an "all" option for the hardware filter in the Nodes table.

Actual Behavior

In the Nodes tab of the Web UI, I see many nodes but I don't see a specific Wio Tracker L1 Pro.

This node is visible via the Android app. Messages can be received and sent to this node and appear correctly in the Messages tab. There is no problem with regards to connectivity.

I think the problem might be that the UI filters the node out from the view in the Nodes table. In the Nodes table, there is a "Hardware" filter, and this filter has options that are selected (all of them). There is no option for "Wio Tracker L1 Pro" though. Therefore I think this node is simply "hidden" from view because the Hardware filter does not match. This probably affects other hardware, as the Model column in the nodes table for all the nodes it lists is either a "known model" (part of the Hardware filter list), or "Unset".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure node is connected to a node of type "Wio Tracker L1 Pro", verify via Android app
2. Connect to node via WebUI
3. That node is not in the nodes tab.
