[Bug]: Import Channel Set Doesn't Provide Status or Dismiss Screen #699

Expected Behavior

When you utilize the Import Channel Set and click "Apply" the WebUI will let you know current progress.

Actual Behavior

When you utilize the Import Channel Set and click "Apply", you get no visual feedback or overall status. The pop-up does not dismiss either when finished.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open browser to https://client.meshtastic.org/ and connect to device
  2. Click on "Channels"
  3. Utilize the "Import Channel Set" button
  4. Add in your URL and choose the channels
  5. Click on "Apply"
